(I wrote this a long time ago - but have decided to post it now)
There is a quote I like quite a lot by Deena Metzger it reads "Beauty appears when something is completely and absolutely and openly itself." I often wonder if this is possible being completely, absolutely open. But I have seen the beauty that comes from such a state. We are attracted to people and their beauty because of their authenticity and openness.
I think it is beautiful when people are completely and absolutely and openly their selves. I feel beautiful when I can be openly myself without fear, without the voice in my head telling me I don't belong.
